Pilot Program

A scoped build on your real numbers, before you commit.

Integrations

Connects to the 200+ systems you already run

From accounting and CRM to warehouses and HR — if your data lives in it, we can structure it. Read-only by default, with new connectors shipping every month.

How the Data Gets In

If you tell us where the data lives, we can connect to it.

Connection isn’t limited to tools with a modern API. There are five ways data reaches your governed model — so “we’re on a different system” is never a dead end.

Live API

Real-time, least-privilege sync.

Database read

Read-only SQL, lakes and warehouses.

Files & SFTP

Sheets, CSVs and scheduled drops.

Exports & Email

Report exports and emailed statements.

Custom builds

Legacy or in-house, built for you.

How it Works

If your data lives in it, we can structure it without moving a thing.

URTM connects to the systems you already run through secure, least-privilege, read-only connections. There's no migration and no rip-and-replace — your source systems stay exactly where they are, and stay the system of record.

We handle the structuring, de-duplication and reconciliation on top, so data from a dozen disconnected tools becomes one governed model you can actually trust.

Find Your System

Search for Your System.

Whatever it is, the answer is yes — listed today or built for you next.

Don't See Yours?

Reach out and we'll build it.

A missing integration is never a dead end. If your system supports a REST API — or its data is otherwise reachable — we'll build the connection and maintain it as part of the service.

We build

We wire the connector

Our team builds and tests the connection against your instance, read-only and least-privilege, usually in days.

We reconcile

It joins your model

The new source is structured, de-duplicated and reconciled into the same governed model as everything else.

Questions

Common questions about connecting.

What if our system isn’t on the list?

It still works. The lists are examples, not limits — if your data is reachable by API, database, file feed or export, we build the connector for you. A missing name is never a dead end.

What if our tool has no API?

No problem. A modern API is just one of several ways in. We also read directly from databases, pull scheduled files and SFTP drops, ingest report exports and emailed statements, and build custom connectors for legacy or in-house systems.

Do you move or copy our data?

No. Connections are read-only and least-privilege by default. Your source systems stay exactly where they are and remain the system of record — we connect, structure and reconcile on top; nothing is migrated or rewritten.

How long does a new connector take?

Usually days, not quarters. For a system we already support it’s effectively immediate; for a brand-new source our team builds and tests the connection against your instance and reconciles it into your model.

Do connectors cost extra?

No. New connectors ship as part of the service at no extra cost — including custom ones we build on request. We maintain them as your systems change, so the upkeep isn’t on you.

Is connecting our systems secure?

Yes. Access is least-privilege and read-only, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security and audit trails on a SOC 2 & ISO 27001-certified platform. See Security for the full detail.
